Unforgettable Trips

We can offer unforgettable sailing excursions
Based on our experience in the area, we are sure to recommend options for you to enjoy some unique unforgettable days on board.  
We will work hand in hand to customize an individual plan for you and your guest based on your personal preferences.
Our Catamaran is located in Paraty (please refer to the description of the city) in the state of Rio de Janeiro in the Marina “Porto do Engenho” 
This is the point from which we start our journey.  “How to get there” is described at the end of the site. If you prefer transportation from or to cities or airports, we are more than happy to make these arrangements for you. 
Before setting sail, we will make sure to introduce you to all pertinent information about the boat and the region as well as the safety equipment on board. 
             
One week

One week travel with the Catamaran

Depart Friday evening. During the 90 minute ride to the Island Cotia, we will enjoy some snacks, wine or Caipirinha.  We will then stay in a very calm Bay in front of the island overnight.
In the morning we start off with a delicious breakfast and have plenty of time to discuss the details of the week-long trip ahead. 

Recommendations:

We remain in this area to enjoy the nature, as well as utilizing the dinghy for exploring the beaches, snorkeling or swimming.
We continue sailing to the Ilha Grande in the direction of Saco do Ceu. Saco do Ceu is a calm harbor with crystal clear water which is ideal for the snorkeling enthusiast.  There, we can stay for lunch or continue to the city Abrão. This small city on the island offers restaurants, bars and small shops with handcrafted artifacts.
At this point, we can decide to stay and enjoy the nightlife of Abrão, having lunch there, or continue to the harbor of  Saco do Ceu to stay overnight.
The following days offers something for everyone.
If you are a nature lover, we would highly recommend explorations on the island and its vegetation along the walking trails.
Looking for relaxation?  Then we recommend that you just sit on board, relax, get out your sunscreen and enjoy the good life.  Perhaps an occasional swim or a bit of snorkeling will be just the ticket.  And, if you are still craving more, we can sail around the island and take in the beautiful scenery and highly recommended sightseeing spots. Together, we will decide where to eat.  Maybe a casual barbeque at the beach, or a nice experience in one of the local restaurants?  It’s all up to you.

More destinations: Enseada de Palmas, Farol Castilheiros, Lopes Mendes, Caxadaco, Dois Rios, Parque Estadual Marinho do Aventjereiros, Proveta, Praia Grande de Aracatiba, Enseada do Sitio Forte, Enseada do Bananal or even Rio de Janeiro

The final day of the journey, we strive to arrive at Paraty at 6:00pm.

In addition to the boat trips, you can combine further destinations if your time allows to make yourself at home and get to know our country and the people better.  

Suggestions: 

Angra dos Reis, Niteroi and  Rio de Janeiro

Again, we depart from Paraty for the planned trip (weekend , four days , week).   Rio de Janeiro and then to Niteroi where you will enjoy the night in a hotel offering outstanding views of  Rio de Janeiro.
Not to worry, if you prefer, this tour can also be done via the Catamaran if that is your preference.
The next day will be a sightseeing tour of Rio de Janeiro, similar to Ipanema,Copacabana, Corcovada and the Sugar Loaf.
Overnight accommodations will be in Niteroi or on board the Catamaran.
The following day will be enjoying sightseeing spots like the beaches of Niteroi‚“Praia Grande” “Farol” as well as an old Fort at the entrance of the Rio harbor.
On the 3rd day, you can either depart from Rio to your next destination (see additional travel suggestions Brazil) or continue to Búzios or return via boat.

Weekend Trip

On Sunday we sail to “Enseada das Estrelas”. This is a beautiful beach offering a multitude of sea stars.  This is where its name originated, Bay of the Sea Stars. We anticipate reaching Paraty at approximately 6:00pm.
